CRETA COLOR 400 65 Artist Set 35 Pieces in Wooden Box

I am missing the second layer of this product!! I bought this product thinking I will be getting two layers but I only received one. I didn't get the layer with the sander in it. You need to do something about this!!

I am no artist, buying as a gift, but upon arrival two of the very small color pencils are broken in multiple places and doesn't seem like they can be used. The box is very nice looking and has a good latch system so I do not think it will open if in a back pack. The lining where the pencils are stored is just a cheap plastic insert and looks a bit tacky and I feel cretacolor could have put a little more effort on the lining of the box since I could have just gotten the cheaper tin set if all I wanted was the colors. The rest of the pencils seem like they are high quality and so do those charcoal blocks and the color blocks seem high quality. The little pencils on the bottom right seem like they are good quality but unfortunately two did not survive shipping. I would buy Cretacolor again but I would try to find physical art store so I know the pencils survived shipping even though it might be more expensive.Also, I chose standard shipping because the product is not prime eligible and the 2 day shipping that we prime members love so much was pretty expensive and in total paid $104.48 ($92.64 for the box plus $11.84 for shipping). Now that I look at the price it is $114.50 and is prime eligible, seems like amazon or the seller Hyatt's all things creative is forcing everybody to pay for the 2 day shipping and if you are not a prime member I would not even buy it from this seller since you could probably get it less from another seller since amazon is now forcing everybody to pay the 2 day shipping even though only prime members can use it.

I have had this product for well over 10 years. While I did not purchase from Amazon, I have bought replacement parts from Amazon as I used up the pencils or sticks. My box was given as a gift. The mediums work very well, I have been able to create some awesome artwork with this company's products. It is an investment piece, Buy once and replace items as they are used. I am posting a pic of my box, some of the items are original. It has been well used and well loved. You can create nice skin toned portraits using the contents of this box.
