I have to wait until the test is dry to actually read the result properly. But does this not then make it invalid?

Please,check the instructions of using this test. There is a limited time of getting result. Over this time it could be incorrect. Because, ovulation test always shows 2 lines. You need to detect intensity of control line

What is the difference between the pink, green and blue boxes?

The only difference among the pink, green and blue easy@home boxes is the quantity of ovulation test strips and/or home pregnancy test strips. All of them share the same quality and same cut-off levels which are 25mIU/mL for LH and 10mIU/mL for hCG. Feel free to choose any one.
