I like it -versatile
Some of the reviews say to just buy bleach or that this does the same thing as bleach or another cleaner, and it's probably true, but I feel safer using this around my bunny and my birds. There is NO magical product for easily removing poop or urine stains from plastics like the bottom of a bunny habitat, but this certainly makes everything look and smell cleaner. It works great on metal and with a little scrub brush, it's a better value than the bird poop cleaner that my pet store sells for $20. It has a fresh scent also and does not smell like bleach, obviously, and it seems to mask some of the odors of old urine (as on a hamster cage, etc.).What it won't do- magically clean up a plastic cage and make it smell or look like new.- disinfect - it's not a sanitizer or a bleach or an antibacterial - it's a cleanerWhat it will do- make it safe for kids to help clean cages (unlike bleach)- make it safe to clean cages inside (especially during the winter when you don't have the option to take pets and pet cages outside for cleaning in subzero weather and/or air out an area)- clean poop and pee satisfactorily from plastic, glass and metal- make things smell better- be safe enough for pets to be in the cage while cleaning (like an aviary) or put immediately back in the cageAlso good for pet accessories like food and water bowls, hamster balls, bird swings, etc.

Removed stubborn dried droppings that I'd almost given up on
I bought this to clean my birdcage rather than cleaning up the bird droppings, but it's very effective in "spot" removal! My birds had decorated my wood floor in several places and I used another product to clean their mess, but unfortunately it had dried on and was difficult to remove, even with scrubbing. I tried spraying some of this cleaner on the dried spots and with just a flick of the scrubbie sponge those nasty dried-on droppings went the way of the dodo. I'm very pleased! And the wood floor finish wasn't stripped off by the cleaner, so I have no mysterious matte-finish areas on my floor (as I have had with products that contain orange oil). There is very little smell to this product and it doesn't seem harsh. I've gotten some on my hands and it doesn't burn or give me a rash. The spray bottle spritzer works well (some are awful!) and I don't need a lot of the product to clean the bird cage. It removes droppings from wood and metal, although perches are a bit awkward to clean because of their shape. I was in a hurry to clean the other day and took a swipe of this across my cabinets to remove some dust. It worked well and left no stink behind.

Tamper...proof...bottle....
When I received this product, I noticed that it was leaking from the top. I wasn't going to include this detail in my review, as I'm fairly easy to please. I give most products 5 stars. "No big deal, I'll just pour it into a new bottle." That's when I realized that the bottle was tamper proof. Without cutting the entire top of the bottle off, I can't pour this solution into a new bottle. If your product is so natural and harmless, I must ask, why is it in a tamper proof bottle? Despite this annoyance, I am pleased with the product itself. I use to clean my chameleon cages and it gets the job done.

Use like "Febreeze" except it's safe for small animals!
I use other products to *clean* the cage (Note: 1 part white vinegar to 1 part water works well!), but I use this one to "freshen" it. I have seven guinea pigs in one large cage that uses fleece liners. This product works like Febreeze on the fleece -- but it, unlike Febreeze, it is safe to use with small animals. After vacuuming the poo pellets out, I spray this on the fleece to "freshen" the cage on the days I don't wash the fleece. It is even safe to use while the piggies are still in the cage, though I do remove food bowls first.

Not Bad At All.
Works pretty well. Hasn't really blown my mine, and you do need to scrub off the bird poop that's been caked on a perch. However, I can only compare it to unsafe chemical cleaners and it's pretty on par. Leaves a thin residue on the surface it's used on, but it's not a big deal. Some people may actually like it! (It almost adds like a soft feel to the surface). Will probably buy more in the coming future.Knocking off One Star for Price. I reserve this for my bird's cage and use chemical cleaners on other surfaces to make it last.

Great Product!
I use this to clean my goldendoodle's crate and to clean my hedgehog's cage. The smell is very minimal, and what smell there is, doesn't last more than a few seconds. This is very important for my hedgehog cage. I'm going to address that...as I mainly purchased it for my hedgehog's cage which is plastic. It removes dried on poop without much scrubbing effort, it comes right off. It dries very quickly. And the unbelievable thing is, it keeps the cage smelling fresh for a very long time. I've used various cage cleaners, but this stuff almost works too well :) As it stays so fresh that I forget to clean it. I'll think "When was the last time I cleaned the cage? Wow! it isn't stinky!" There's no sticky residue and no product build-up. It leaves the metal in my goldendoodle's crate nice and shiny.

AMAZING!!
I have a Holland Lop- for such a little thing she creates a big mess and a big stink!! Her enclosure is in my room so it needs to be clean at all times!! I was ending up with urine staines in the corners that would not go away... this product worked like magic!!! It is not a strong smell (I am very sensitive to fragrances) and it is fresh. The first cleaning took a good 8-10 sprays but now one spray does the trick for the whole thing! A little goes a long way!! I definitely recommend this product to anyone who has been reviewing products for weeks like I did to try and find one that is safe and doesn't smell fake! This will be my primary cleaner for her enclosure and any area she has access to in my home.

I use this in my mouse's cage... I can't say it makes much of a difference, but it has helped slightly.
