Tbis is a tremendous effort put by the distinguished author (who was a cabinet secretary of the Govt of India) to put the facts before the public in who was really responsible for partition.The answer is no emperor is having his clothes on.His conclusions on India's problems are spot on and is a factor that has brought the current dispensation to power! Maybe genuine nationalists should read his conclusions again!
