Purchased these, one for me and the other for a friend. Hers worked absolutely fine, at first, but broke after 2 weeks of use. Mine, sadly, didn’t work properly from day one so I stopped using it. I was really disappointed.

Doesn't have many retract points and wasn't aware of 10kg weight limit, probably more suited for 12" hanging baskets, however for the price its a good buy. Its just not suitable in the long run for my needs (my problem-NOT THE PRODUCTS). Instructions are simple to follow. The free p+p and despatch of goods and delivery very quick.Would be happy to use this seller again.

Good idea, but product not strong enough. I watered the plant and put back up, but it rain heavy later and one of the things just collapsed. I'm going for a more expensive stronger one next. I need them because of a disability.
