Q: What size would I get for 45lb dog? Would 2x fit?

I have this exact shirt in a 2XL that just fits my 17 lb poodle. It would never fit my 45 lb poodle. It is all cotton so there is no stretch and it did shrink a little. Please consider the shape of your dog as well as how much fur it has. Mine are closely clipped. That said, these are the best little shirts we have ever purchased. They are high quality, very soft and worth the price.

I would think the L will fit better but then again it all depends on the build of your cat. To be more accurate please measure your cat's neck and chest on the broadest part and get back to us with that information.

Q: Which would be better a large or extra large for 17 pound dachshund

I would try XL, if it’s to big send it back right away and order a Large. You could also order both sizes and send back the one that you don’t want!!

Q: I have a 21 lb Maltese Pomeranian mix what size should I get?

I'm really not sure. I have Chiweenie that weighs 19/20 lbs. and I got him a Large. Fits perfectly!! I would think a fluffy dog around 21 lb should probably use a XL.
