It finally happened to me...got so excited because I thought I found exactly what I needed for my fun-gun, that I didn't read the specs all the way through....had it mounted to my MP5 (perfect fit and easy to attach), got ready to install my red dot sight....and DUH!!!! It wouldn't fit... slightly confused, I went back to my order, and it said it right there: Weaver-style!!!! After feeling stupid for a minute (or two!), I ordered another one made for Picatinny-style accessories...5 stars, because it shipped fast, looked and felt solid and of good quality, mounting it was easy...

Fit and finish was great. No complaints. Would buy again.

There are many reviews saying that screws were stripped and dremels were needed to get it to fit on the Mp5 22lr. Some also said that the pic rail itself was out of spec. Mine fit perfectly out of the box and I was able to mount a Sig Sauer Romeo red dot on it without issue. Did not measure to see if my rail was out of spec but it fit the optic so I'll give it a pass. As for the mounting screws, I used thread lock as all of you should, and as long as you don't tighten the 2mm hex bolts like an ape without motor skills then they won't strip out. Still have yet to see if it will hold zero but my guess is that I will have to be careful not to bump it too hard. It seems that the only issues are small screws and a quality control issue, but for ten bucks what else do you expect. Will update if anything breaks or zero hold is bad.

Does not fit standard pic rail accessories. Tried to put on umarex HK 22 and had to file down the 1913 portion. Pretty much trash.

The pictures are misleading; this is a very short rail set up. But we are using a holographic sight, so the length is perfect for that us. The mount is too short for anything other than a holographic or red dot sight. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. A traditional scope won't fit on it.

Fits nicely on an MP5-22. Doesn't block the original iron sights. Build quality seems good. All metal. Good machining. Might need some thread lock on the screws. Hasn't come loose yet after a few hundred rounds. Better safe than sorry. This is a shorter rail so if you want a magnifying scope and red dot (SIG Romeo MSR?) it might not fit. I'm still trying to figure out what I want to mount there before I can really say. I'll edit my review in the future.

This worked great for me. I mounted it on an H&K MP5 .22 with a Vortex Crossfire red dot. The setup is perfect for plinking and I've also taken a lot of wild game too! The mount I received required no modifications whatsoever.

I bought this to use on a gsg16 and it works great!
