No, the tape will not stick to clothing. It will self-adhere only.

Where are bandages made?

As you can see, the solid color self-adhesive bandages such as neon pink, black, blue are "latex-free", while the patterned ones like yellow smiling face, blue paw, etc, are "non latex-free", that's the only difference, hope this helps : )
