The one that came with the kungfu practice sword broke. This was the perfect replacement. It was about the same weight and length as the original.

The tassels are good quality and the color very vivid. The reason for my mixed review is that this was advertised as a wushu tassel and it is not. The tassels are a bit too large and heavy for that purpose. Furthermore, the cord going through is not accessible from the underside, so you cannot tie both tassels together as you would normally do on a competition sword.If you are purely looking for a cosmetic enhancement for a decorative sword, this is a great product, but if you are looking for tassels to attach to your wushu straight sword, buy smaller, lighter ones.

These are absolutely gorgeous. They are actually larger than what we expect, but they fit perfectly on a sword we have had for 45 years. They are knotted beautifully, and the workmanship on them is just awesome. Thinking about different colors for some of our other Asian themed items. Will definitely buy again.

The tassel itself seems overall well made, but when I removed them from the package one cord came untied immediately, releasing the tassel and beads. Easily fixed by feeding back through the hole with something like a paperclip and tying properly... The other tassel is simply missing one of the beads, which can also be fixed. Other than that they are shorter than I expected, but will work fine for what I need - to put on a short foam sword to practice in the house with.***I brought the foam sword to one of my classes and the teacher commented that the tassel is actually a nice weight for Taijijian practice. Added 1 star to rating. Also, ended up using some threat and a needle to bring the cord back through the body of the one tassel to reattach it. No problems from then on.

It was easy to install on my sword and seems to be very high quality. And I have an extra for some years ahead.

These Sword Tassels are great. They arrived early and are high quality. I am completely satisfied.

Tassels arrived in less time than projected 😊. Appear to be of excellent quality, however the cord was too thick to thread through the small hole in my sword's handle.It would work much better if suppliers would coordinate and standardize these sorts of things.
