I am really enjoying the Sound healing CD. Sometimes I get intense when I am studying and deep in thought. I don't feel this way when I listen to the CD and study!

The best time for me to play this Cd on my stereo is at night as i am going to bed. It is a soothing sound that does not stimulate me or cause me to stay awake after I lay down.

Soothing sounds, for sure
Very soothing sounds. Makes it possible for me to close my eyes and go to the quiet desert island in my mind. Not many places to find silence and solitude these days, so CD's like this make peace seem more attainable. It's better than listening to all the noise out there that has terrible energy.
