Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan - Season One

Streamed this powerful & exciting series myself. Knew my ex- would enjoy it! Birthday & holidays approaching, planning ahead! Well that went astray, he opened the mailing package... Season 1 viewed in 3 days! Spot on he loved it! Already ordered & received Season 2 & 3 Reasonable pricing👍

Whether you are a Clancy fan or not, this is a good first season. They don't really portray Jack Ryan in the series like Clancy does in his books, but in order to add more drama, action and suspense for television they would have to alter his character some... which they did. There are parts where Ryan is insubordinate (which in most real jobs might get you fired), but they tend to fly through the scripts on this and you soon forget it and watch the action. AND, there is a lot of action. There are some things I would change if I was a writer for the show, but all in all, it's a pretty good season to start with. I gave it a 5 because the action and suspense outweighed the negatives.

Seasons 1 and 2: Inspirational, dynamic, often intense, non-stop. The best part is the showing of how the opposing sides contain people driven by similar reasons.In season 2 there were several characters introduced and I was getting a bit overloaded (binge watching might have been a factor). Season 1 was a breeze to follow. The last scene of Season 2, where things are about to wrap up, was a bit too smooth.Although the character Jack Ryan is quite bright, as demonstrated well in season 1, that demonstration and his exceptional general knowledge was a bit lacking demonstrated in season 2. I wanted brilliance to be the demonstrated hero's strength.Both of these seasons are definitely 4.8 star. . NickNameDrSciWayne

Great Tv show 👍a lot of action

Season one introduces the audience to how Jack met Caroline, his wife, and his, later to be loyal friend and boss, James Greer. Jack finds financial anomaly that leads to terrorist plotting attacks against western culture. Unique aspect of season one is that the characters are developed more fully in the story, so audience has a deeper understanding of motivations behind individual actions. Story flows easily through action sequences and keeps you engaged throughout.

If someone was hanging me by my arms, then sets a bucket of water under me, and puts my feet in it, and starts making electricution sounds behind me.. im kicking that bucket of water over and away from me..

I like it a lot . To give me an idea how the people were running away from danger . How much abuse and taking advantage of helpless people . It made me sad . Emotionally I have to take the time to watch the suspense , I found me getting involve . I have not finished the first season yet . And the fact the sister connected with her brother , I stoped there , having difficult to continent . Over all I liked it is so real
