Good book, highly recommended. Covers some very important aspects regarding chest training.
I dont usually review unless I have any complaints or Fraud to be documented so that it may help the users.I see people have written many negative reviews w.r.t the person not the product.I will give an honest review based on my experience.1. Book : Book written is to share the knowledge and experience what ever he has, I have seen this guy to be honest and genuine.When it comes to knowledge people may differ to his knowledge and that applys to every book, however what matters is how you utilize the knowledge shared in the book. This book covers some very important aspects regarding chest which are hard to find. I would highly recommend.2. Tarun gill: As mentioned earlier, I have found this guy to be honest and Genuine.My experience is first I had ordered his protien just to test it. I ordered 2 kg box. He gave me 2 kg more for free, which was an generous act on holy.My second experience is when I ordered prostar 5 lbs where he gave me GAT bcaa for free worth 3400 rs. (tentative) as I was amongst first 3 buyer.Note : I am from pune, have no relations/connection with tarun. Its just to help the person who has helped me.

Best piece on internet.
Hlo sir...I am 20 now....and have been suffering from the same chest fat issue since 14. I even subscribed to your channel 2 years back because I was busy surfing the internet for any solution and i finally landed up to your video and what made me even more interested was the fact that when you mentioned that you too suffered from the same problem in childhood....It felt great to look at your physique as you by no means looked to have it. Finally after reading your book in one go i can say that this is the best piece of work i ever read on chest fat and your journey is really very inspiring . I really liked your concept of introducing push ups everyday as coincidentally i have been doing push ups for the last 1•5 years of gymming n i can see that my chest has got tightened. Altough i still can't go shirtless but situation is better. I am damn sure that one day i will achieve my dream physique ,Varun dhawan which coincidentally books down to the fact that unknowingly i have been following your concept of dreaming which you also mentioned in the book ......yes i felt very happy and motivated after reading your life journey.......THANK YOU

Basic run-of-the-mill tale
The book, as was evident on the first glance, isn't anything different than what you would find as suggestions on google or by your gym trainer. Its more a biography of the writer than a self-help or help book tbhBasic things like protein diet, daily work out, steroids (which I had hoped wouldn't have come into play since many wouldn't like to or afford to use them)If this is your kind of material, that motivates you to follow through your aim, buy it

A good fitness book
Basically we all want to fit and happy.So here is a book, which my brother read for reducing his chest fast in just 90 days, I was astonished to listen that, so I also read it.Step by step process in mentioned to be performed day after day and you will surely get the results.A good fitness book.

Good book for fitness freaks
I like the narration of this book which doesn't makes me feel that I'm reading a book for fitness... It's like storytellingThe techniques are good. Though I do not agree with all of them, that where the one star dropsOverall it's a good book for gaining some knowledge for fitness.

Good tips to loose chest fat with diet plan
Author himself is a good trainer. And in the book he gives some ideas and tips to loose strength training exercises to loose chest fat. Some diet following tips are given in the book. Many out there can read this book to loose some weight too.A good read though.
