Perfect pan!
I wasn't sure whether to get the small or large pan,as it turns out the large pan was perfect,the measurements made the pan seem huge but actually it includes the two side handles so don't worry you're not getting pan that's big.I used this pan for a Thai dessert called Khanom Krok and it's perfect.It really is non stick and so easy to wash.It comes with its own wood spatula to take the desserts out when cooked and it's own washing (plastic) scourer.I used this on a gas hob.
