Great product and great customer service.
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love it. It took me 10/15 minutes to make it levitating but once it’s up, it stays up. It looks great in any colour and it actually does look like the moon. On the top of that, I can’t thank enough the customer services at VGAzer, great communication and very keen to sort any problems and quickly. Thank you Jenny.

Looks really cool !
This is a great looking novelty lamp.Came well packaged and looks like good quality components and a nicely 3D printed model of the moon.Very easy to set up, just took a couple of attempts to get the balance right!Lights up very nicely with loads of colour options with brightness control via the handy little remote.Looks really nice just slowly rotating on my desk!One thing to note though, you really need to remove the moon prior to disconnecting power as the thing will just crash into the base unit with quite a bang potentially damaging it.

Did work correctly as per set up procedure, moon stuck to base didn’t centralise or levitate plug raptor push in. No damage to box or contents a shame looking forward to this as it was a present from our daughter for our 26 wedding anniversary loving us to the moon and back. Never mind

Looks fairly good
Looks cool, except the globe floats low down, without much height over the base. The above picture is deceptive. The globe sits lower down than that.

Why did it not work after only 8 months?
The upward magnetic force stopped after only 8 months. I have contacted the make at [email protected] but no response
