Simple, works great
The larger of the two included molds is just the right size to match the onigiri that I purchased from konbini in Japan. The molds work well, so long as you moisten the mold before each press, and your hands before handling the sticky rice. I worry a little bit about the resilience of the "release button" on the bottom of the mold, but I think that if you press carefully, and help it along a little bit with very light shaking, it should hold up to repeated use.My suggested procedure:1. Moisten mold and fingers with water before each pressing.2. Loosely scoop sticky rice into the larger cup of the mold. If using a filling, fill half way. Otherwise, fill the mold to the top. Ensure even distribution, but do not pack down.3. If using a filling, use a moistened finger to make a little cup in the bottom half of the rice. Add filling. Scoop sticky rice on top to fill the rest of the mold.4. Align the smaller cup with the larger, and press down to lock the two pieces fully together for a few moments.5. With gentle shaking to ensure it has released the rice, remove smaller cup.6. Turn larger cup over. Also with gentle shaking, press the "release button" to nudge the formed rice away from the bottom of the mold. Continue gentle shaking to scoot the formed rice fully out of the mold.7. Handling the rice with moistened fingers, wrap with nori for desired onigiri presentation.

Love it!
Whoever invented this deserves a LOT of credit. It's simple but VERY effective and beats all the other sushi-rice making gadgets on the market. I love this thing! The inventor is an unspoken genious!

Easy to use and fun
Quick tip wet your hands when working with the rice. This is a fun little tool that makes the perfect Musubi. Better than a spam can 🤫. I like that it is clear and I can see how much rice I put in there.

perfect for snacks or lunch boxes
the smaller mold is perfect for making snack sized ones for lunch boxes while the larger one makes several decent sized ones for a meal but depending on how much you eat you can eat up to 4 of the large ones just to get a ok meal would be nice if there was a larger mold available so that way you can get away with one or two for a meal

Super easy to use
I loved these. I use the larger one. The smaller mold is a bit too small for me, but might be good for a plain rice onigiri. They’re very easy to use and make beautifully shaped onigiris.

Small diameter - sticks inside mold
We are new to rolling our own sushi...wanted to say that to give you perspective. The diameter is pretty small...you can't put much inside the sushi roll...and we had to dig the rolls out of press / mold. We assume if we only had rice in the roll it might have stayed together, but they did not come out of mold without mechanical assistance...a small spatula. If we figure it out and learn that it was operator error, we will update our review...but we will likely need to go to the bamboo mat version to roll.

Finally the perfect hosomaki mold!!!!!!!
I have been searching for over a year for the perfect hosomaki mold. This one is simple, easy to use and exactly the right size. It’s not especially easy to clean but it’s not that hard if you soak it first. I have tried so many other sushi molds to get the size and they all come out as rectangles or to small. They are so hard to come across on googlei might just buy a couple more backups!

Don't waste your money
Poor quality, cheap plastic for $18, just creates the roll of rice doesn't allow you to put the seaweed on or cut like others. Seller positions as prime but it isn't - if you return you get a shipping credit which may not cover your costs to ship back.

Triangle à sushi
Bon résultat, il ne faut pas presser trop fort pour extraire le riz et tout va bien. Laver a la main.
