These are strong and having 3 sizes is useful. They're being used for hip physiotherapy and doing very well too. They've managed to avoid hip replacement surgery. The boon is that they neither curl nor slide out of place when doing the exercises. No doubt they can be applied to many more exercises - arm work for instance. At this price along with other equipment you might save yourself having to join a gym.Altogether good.

These bands are perfect for the job, I have been using them for well over a month now and can already see and feel the difference these are making to my workouts. The 'heavy' purple one can make my glutes ache for days. After a lot of shopping around for the right bands, I am very happy I ended up purchasing these. Would highly recommend.

Have to use the least resistance band as these are tough. The link for exercises sent with the bands doesn’t work so had to search for others on the internet.

Well my girls love this set of bands,We downloaded a set of exercises from youtube and away they went to much activity for me but they use them everyday and they are telling me they feel great , I must say my wife is looking very tight which is a bonus.I like the price pointI like that by exercising my girls are not on the InternetI like that they can exercise togetherI like my new wife 👍If you like my review please push the helpful button.

Good but not worth the money and you don’t need all three

Love love love these! My last 'heavy' band broke and after searching desperately for a decent set, I decided on these and they don't disappoint. Really good fabric and a range of resistances, my legs are on fire after a workout

This is for hip physio and general Pilates. Good quality fabric not nasty plastic. Tough and nice colours. All same size but two can be looped together - fine for my needs but may not suit other people.

Got these to try, but they were not at to much for me 😂, they are good and takes so much energy of you, if you are looking for something very strong to hell you in your work out
