This product is not good quality at all, I am so disappointed! I wanted to reach out to the seller directly to speak to them but there doesn't seem to be contact details for them! The wiring of this product is so thin it will most certainly break over a few uses, the red light doesn't warm up... it feels super cheap. I'm so disappointed about this I've never had problems buying things online and now this has put me off!

Good product great for treating acne

I'll say this product is fairly easy to use and it folds about neatly however the wires get exposed when folding it away and this is what i don't like. Sooner or later, the wires will be damaged due to being exposed when folding and this could lead to safety issues. The product itself works well however you can't use a pillow as the product won't sit flat.

I was a bit disappointed in this as I can only use the four main colours the other 3 settings are just flashing between two of those colours not separate colours and it does not advise this. I suffer with migraines brought on by flashing lights and even with the goggles on its still unpleasant and triggered a migraine. I probably could have bought a four colour one cheaper.
