SeaSnaxOrganic Roasted Seaweed Snack, Original, 0.18 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Pros:-These are low calorie - even when compared to other seaweed snacks. These only have 15 calories per pack while many other brands have 20-30 calories for packs that seem to be the same serving size.-The seaweed snacks from this brand are consistent in quality. I’ve gone through more than 5 6-packs of seaweed sheets from this brand, and the quality hasn’t wavered.-The quantity of sheets in each pack is enough that you feel like you’re getting an actual, respectable serving. (I note this because (1) I hate it when products fake lowering the calorie count by giving you a ridiculously small serving size, and (2) some other seaweed snacks I’ve tried that have so few sheets per pack it leaves me wondering what I paid for.)-These are a healthy alliterative to popcorn or chips when I need a salty fix.-They’re relatively affordable in comparison to other seaweed snacks.Cons:-The inside of the wrapper and outside of the tray (carrying the snacks) is greasy/ oily.-The sheets are too wide to fit in your mouth, although to be fair they’re the same width and length as all seaweed snacks - I just wish seaweed snacks (generally) were cut differently. I solve the issue by cutting them in fourths (cutting in half lengthwise and widthwise) to make easily eatable “chips.”-These can’t be purchased locally, at least in my area.-The flavoring difference is very subtle. I’ve tried the onion and sea salt flavors, and although I can detect a bit of a difference I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell them apart if I were eating them without knowing which flavor I grabbed. (But they’re both good, so I usually just buy whichever is in stock and/or on sale!)Overall, these are the best seaweed snacks I’ve found and I will definitely be ordering more.

I absolutely love these! I was kind of iffy because I've had seaweed chips in the past that were really fishy tasting. These are superb. There is no oceanie flavor or smell. It doesn't really have the bite of wasabi. When you first put it in your mouth you have that remnants of Wasabi but it fades quickly. That was the only part that I was disappointed With. They are crisp and light and Airy and honestly do not taste much like seaweed. It is absolutely delightful. They are also filling. I enjoyed eating 1 packet for lunch and it left me feeling satisfied. Amazon has not been letting pictures to be posted on reviews, but they are about 2 in wide and about 3 in Long. Each little package comes with 10 slices.4/27It's official, I am addicted. I have recently just purchased a whole bunch of these. They are so freaking good! They almost have a texture like jerky and a flavor that is divine. I need to start buying them in bulk

i bought the toasted onion, did not like it, i have eaten seaweed in the past with no problems, this is way to fishy tasting to suit me, i dont eat meat, and make an effort to even stay away from Fish flesh, even though fish has always been my favorite food, but the fishy taste on this, i did not like at all.....will probably crumble it up in salads to have it blend it with other flavors to avoid having to throw it away....

I love roasted seaweed snacks. The SeaSnax brand is typical, which is fine. Salted lightly as I like. And this wasabi flavored variety just adds a little initial "take your breath away" horseradish bite at first contact . . . then it settles down quickly. I like the plain version better, but this wasabi is a variation for roasted seaweed junkies like me.

I agree, these are addicting. I think it is the salt & olive oil. People like slightly salty and the mouth feel from olive oil. I go through a little box in minutes. My dog loves them too. He actually gets excited whenever I reach into the Amazon box hoping for part of my SeaSnax.(I just went to read the label and my dog woke up and got excited hoping to get some). And btw, for dog owners: his poo is always normal and perfect after he eats these, so no problem whatsoever. The tiny, tiny amount of onion has not caused any problem in him.My only complaint is that the bags don't have a lot of product in them. There is a lot of packaging for a little snack. I wash out the little trays and put them in recycling. I hope they are being recycled. There is a recycling symbol on them, but the number or symbols in the middle of that is in probably Korean, where the product is made. Could the company please change this & have trays made that have an American recycling number & symbol on them instead? I get these on subscribe & save and go through many packages.Lastly, these have great ingredients compared to Gimme Teriyaki seaweed snack which has multiple added sugars.

I discovered these in a local health food store when I began searching for seaweed products as a way to add some iodine to my diet. The store carried lots of products, but most were processed with nasty canola oil which I try to avoid as I do all the high-PUFA oils. Then I found SeaSnax which use olive oil!I bought some and the rest was history. Now I buy them in bulk from amazon because the price is much better. Yes, they do have a slightly fishy odor and flavor - but I *like* that. You may not like them as much as I do if that bothers you. But for me they are the perfect snack - great taste, a nice crunchy mouth-feel, low in carbs and calories. No matter what your eating goals or eating style - low carb, low cal, low fat, vegan, etc. these snacks can fill the bill, but you *must* like that slightly fishy taste and scent. However in my case I do!I think the onion flavor may be my favorite though I love all the flavors. Like the others, the onion taste is not overly strong, but just gives a nice little hint of additional flavor.

I have tried several seaweed snacks from different brands, but this was extremely greasy.There was visible drippings at the bottom of the package.I couldn't taste the onion flavor at all.I was very hopeful to find this product with just few ingredients, but now I am disappointed.
