Its whole wheat orzo. I wanted white iIalian flour orzo.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Organic but I was not told it was whole wheat in the description. I did not want whole wheat.

Easy to use and tasty.
This product was tasty in the pasta salad I used it for. It was easy to cook and was good in left-overs. I think you could use this in anything your would use any noodle for. Good for soup. This was my first time to use orzo so I'm still experimenting. Enjoy.

Package was delivered damaged.
I have ordered this pasta before and it is very good. A bit pricey here on Amazon but can't find it anywhere else so there you go. Beware! This is the second time I have ordered and this time the package was damaged and taped up. Don't know whether to trust that the pasta is safe to consume. For the price I would expect a undamaged product. Very disappointed.

I'm sure the orzo is fine but the description at the top of the page doesn't describe it as whole wheat pasta
