Royal Jelly is what the worker bees feed the Queen Bee which gives her a much larger body, much more strength & resiliency & she lives longer!I bought one bottle (was a different brand) & tried it on my Mom. She is now 97 & has never since fallen asleep at lunch! I totally recommend this brand which both of us have been using for years (I started around 70). If I notice Mom is feeling not so strong one day, I give her two; but usually it is only one per day with breakfast. This supplement has worked very well for both of us. Highly recommend it.
