Does not work on MacBook Pro
Currently using version MacOS 10.13.6 on my MacBook Pro and this does not work. When I try to look it up in the devices, it is not recognized. I have tried to look for the manufacturer site to get help with installing it and have been unsuccessful. I have tried looking this up on the internet for help in other forums and have been unsuccessful. This should have been plug and play and it is not.------Update------Currently using macOS BigSur and it works better than I intended for use. I can use one of the slots for SD cards (from phone, camera and GoPro) and it works beautifully. I changed rating from 1 to 5 stars.

Does not work for Military CAC and Android
The first one I got didn't work with Android and Military CAC, that was the only reason I bought it. I returned and for some reason they me another one. It failed to work as well. It doesn't even recocgnise a card is inserted.

It works but... needed to find the correct drivers
Couldn't get it to work on my phone but after finding the drivers online it worked well

Easy to use
Plugged right into Mac Book Pro. No drivers or software to download with OS Catalina. Plug and Play. Great interface.

Poor Quality, Would not Purchase
USB cable is poorly designed. After only a few short months of ownership, and using maybe 1 hour a week, there became a short in the cable causing it to not work. I kept device with cord always kept straight in a special pocket of my backpack. Cord sprays stayed straight when using. Just poor quality in the design.Additionally, I never got it to recognize an SD card.Would not purchase again.

Works ok some of the time
This item works great except when it doesn't. If you disconnect the unit then try to reconnect it won't always be recognized. You can tell this because the included light won't power on. Remove, and try again. Still doesn't work. Switch to a different port. Doesn't work. Wait a couple minutes and then it's a 50/50 on if the unit will work again. Obviously frustrating. I really like the versatility of the unit but the fact that it doesn't always connect makes it difficult to recommend.
