6.0L STC HPOP Fitting Update O-Ring Repair Kit 4C3Z-9B246-F Fit for Ford F250, F350, F450, F550 Vehicles

Don't waste your time with this kit, go right to ford and get oem. I installed this kit into a customer truck, there was a burr inside the stc fitting I had to file off. Installed with the new orings and a week later stc fitting oring blew out, Dont know if oring was too thick or bolts stretched from this kit, but the washer by the nut on this fitting is too big and the oring pushed through the washer partway even though it was torqued down. Also the new screen for the ipr was such a loose fit I had to reuse the old one. Should have bought oem to begin with and I wouldn't have had to do some work over again

No problems with installation. For my first time I found the alignment tool bolts that go into the STC fitting are best left loose to check alignment. It can be offset even with the wing nuts tightened when torquing the jam nut.

Used in seals and parts replacement. Worked and fit as designed for my 2007 F350 6.0 Powerstroke

Open bag/return not sure but didn’t have the two main gaskets needed for this type of job, which was included according to the description.
