Very spicy, so use sparingly
I use chili oil as a frying oil and a base oil in a few recipes. This oil is a bit too spicy to be used that way, but it is delicious. Much better when added to other oil or as a finisher.

Satisfy your heat addiction without breaking the bank
Sesame oil-based and delicious! Flavorful and a decent institutional/commercial quantity versus the usual puny and expensive bottles you will find in the grocery store. A well-designed drip-resistant pour lid with flip-cap really make this my favorite source of chili oil. Highly recommended!

Tastes almost exactly like normal sesame oil.. I spiked mine with tons of Thai chilies and garlic.. Better now

Commonly used as a condiment for gyoza, ramen, salad...etc, Japanese Chili heat is perfect with roasted sesame flavor. the price is real bargain!
