This disc is a workhorse
This is my go to driver, as it has a slight overstable flight. My noodle arm can match the speed and get it to fly straight with some flip up. Not gonna break any records on distance, but is a very consistent. As just a recreation player its definitely a lock for the bag.

Takes a big arm to turn this disc from flat or hyzer release without a headwind
It takes a really big arm to get this disc to turn at all without a strong headwind. Make sure you are ready for a disc like that. I also have a 170g Star Destroyer that I have never gotten to turn over without a considerable amount of anhyzer out of my hand.I'm throwing the less stable 170g GStar Valkyrie and a 171 Star Vulcan about 325-350 feet on a RHBH Hyzer bomb at my current level of play. I've tried to use this disc as a RHFH Sidearm disc but it either fades too quickly for great distance off the tee when thrown flat or with hyzer, or it turns too much before fading back right with an anhyzer release. It's not my favorite disc as it doesn't seem to have the same glide as a Vulcan does, even though they both share a Glide Rating of 5. I do love the champion plastic though and sometimes a nice stable disc with minimal glide is just what you need. I've only had it about a month, so maybe when it breaks in more I'll see a bit more glide and a little more turn.I see there is now a Blizzard Champion option available for the Destroyer, which is cool. Throwing a 131g Blizzard Champion Boss really helped me A LOT with my form off the tee after a VERY long Disc Golf hiatus (I needed a decent floater and something to practice my lefty!). It also helped me recover about 40 feet to my drives with a nicely broken in 174g Star Boss. If you are not already driving 375-400+ off the tee, you might want to wait on a heavier Champion overstable Driver like this one. I'm glad I have it so I know "where I'm at" in my quest to get back to 450+ foot drives again, but there are plenty of other discs nowadays that fly farther with less effort, IMO, such as the Shryke.

Best distance driver, throw it correctly.
I got this a a beginner and never used it because it hardly went farther than my 9 speed driver. Now as an intermediate player, with lots of practice it is my best long distance driver. Learn to throw it, and it will be the best driver you have. INCREDIBLE float, great distance. It just keeps going. Give it the speed and spin it needs.
