Bought these to replace another random pair of pads that I use daily for work.They fit into my knee pockets no problem, but the option to cut them down is always there anyway.Nice firm foam, noticed a massive difference compared to my old ones.Comfy on the knees when in use - They do the job!

Strong and flexible, they fit in my decorators trousers perfectly.I do feel like they may squish down after some time but only after some real abuse.They are stiff to pull in and out but you can cut them. I do feel as though strap on pads would be better purely for convenience but I don’t regret my purchase.

These are great - a bit stiff initially, but once inserted into the trouser kneepad pockets and written for a day or two, they mould to the shape of your knee and are comfortable to wear all day, every day. Highly recommended, I'll certainly be buying these again as and when they wear out (although there's no sign of that happening any time soon).

I started physio for my knee due to anterior knee pain as I work for the ambulance service and kneel regularly throughout the day. My physio recommended knee protectors at work and I bought these to see how I would get on.So far I've worn them 4 days a week for the last 5 months and they've made an incredible difference. They can be a bit fiddly to get in, but I slip them in and out of my work trousers 4 days a week and have gotten used to it now.They feel a bit bulky initially, but you soon get used to it. They aren't too obvious when I wear them with my work trousers either. Sometimes I find they can slide around a little, but I think that was just me not placing them correctly. I also trimmed mine in length as I am female and my knees are smaller. I also cut slight grooves into each bend on the sides so that they bend easier with my knees.I give them a wipe with a cloth every week, and they've been an absolute saviour, reduced all the compression and I now have no knee pain whatsoever.Highly recommend.
