Richards Homewares Hanging Ten Shoe Large Shelf Organizer-Canvas/Natural 50" x 14" x 8"

I had ordered 2 sets of the  Richards Homewares Hanging Ten Shoe Large Shelf Organizer-Canvas/Natural  last Thursday and it arrive today Monday 07,2013.Items were nicely packaged and very easy to set up, it came with metal attachment and a set of hooks. To begin with I wear mens Size 12 D shoes and i kept them in a large storage Tote that was basically taking to much room inside my closet so i started looking for a decent hanging shoe rack. After carefully reading all the reviews i felt that the  Richards Homewares Hanging Ten Shoe Large Shelf Organizer-Canvas/Natural  was the perfect choice for me.I was a little weary at first because i saw comments from few reviews that the mens shoes did not fit properly. Nevertheless i went ahead and purchase 2 sets. Oh Boy, am i happy i didn't listen to those reviews. All of my Dress,casual shoes and sneakers Size 12 D fitted great. I didn't even had turn them around. I am so happy with my purchase i am about to place another order.I am about to order 2 more so i can store stuff like packages of mens under garments etc. The possibility are endless.All thou you don't have too, i even modify a bit the flap on the front so that all the shelves look the same. Basically all i did was put a little stitch on each side with the same color of thread.I will post some pictures in the gallery.if you are like me and wanted to gain more extra space in your closet i highly recommend this hanging shoes rack. its so Versatile you can use it for other things as well.Pros: Nicely Constructed,stitching around the seams look strong,Spacious and it really looks nice inside the closet. Fits mens size 12 D upright nicely (both)Cons: None at this timeUpdate: I tried putting up some pictures but there was no option. The picture Amazon posted does not do justice. it doesn't really represent the True size of the compartments. If you were to look at the picture the shoes are sideways and you see 1 sneaker from the bottom up giving you the impression that there isn't barely enough room.But in fact it is so spacious you can place your shoes upright and still have some room. I took some rough measurement too give you a idea of the compartments i measures Approx. 15" lenght X 8-1/4" wide give or take.I hope that this review served you of some help.

I rarely read reviews unless a product is really bad because I figure most people expect what they are getting. However, I came to write a review about this shoe caddy. It's actually very good! Made of canvas, each hole is reinforced. It's very sturdy and easy to put shoes in and out with the whole thing moving. I wear about a men's size 10 and there's plenty of room. I would highly recommend this over any alternative that might be flimsier.

I was specifically avoiding the cheaper fabric ones (the ones that feel "waterproof" or "moisture proof") because those fabrics have been more prone to ripping under stress from my experience compared to canvas. Also, this one can actually hold two shoes flat in each slot without having to stack them or turn them sideways or squish them, unlike others. I'm only putting lightweight shoes like heels, so this should last for a long time without any modification since the fabric is good and the support on top is sufficient enough. BUT if you'll store any pretty heavy weight on it, I would considering adding more reinforcement on the top.Also, keep in mind that heavier shoes might sag in each slot because there's no hard platform to support, it's just fabric, but I'm sure if you cut your own cardboard/hard paper or thin wood etc and place on the platform, this is totally fixable.

This shoe shelf is of the large variety. I can fit pairs of tennis shoes into a single pocket, whereas on other types I'm having to stick a single shoe in per socket. Dress shoes could go if you put the soles together so you don't scuff them, but boots and larger shoes would still be single shoes per pocket.Apart from that, the material seems very durable, and the hangers are fitted to a reinforcing structure so that the hooks don't simply pull through from the weight of the shoes.I wear 10.5/11 US mens shoes (US sized)

I have purchased three of these now. Sturdy canvas, and each cubby is 8 inches wide. This means you have room to fit a pair of bulky sneakers or booties, or two pairs of sandals/flats. I also like the hook and grommet hanging system at the top. Secure on a rod or rack system.

I have a size 10 shoe and this rack, while does save space, is rather snug for these shoes. It's not easy to slip them in and out as the rubber sole on the shoes grab the canvas and don't want to budge. I've found that it's a bit of a challenge to get both shoes in one slot. To do so you have to squish down the ankle support.Also this product is good for low top shoes only, medium to high top shoes will not fit in the space allotted for two shoes.It does what I want it to do, which is keep the shoes off the floor and easily accessible for every day use. It's definitely geared for smaller feet.
