Unlike most “mom” mugs this doesn’t look cheap or tacky. I love the look and feel. My mom seems to like it a lot. Only thing I would say is it came poorly packaged.. the box was ripped and ruined I was sad because I couldn’t wrap it like I had planned. The mug had no scratches or anything thankfully.

This mug is absolutely gorgeous. I don’t know if the material is the usual for a mug, but it looks like such a beautiful quality. I haven’t given it to my mom yet, so we haven’t tested it in the dishwasher, but I think we will wash it by hand just in case. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase
