I am so glad that I bought this warranty as my humidifier died in less than one year of use. I just filled out my claim and instantly got a gift card for a replacement.

I'm the kind of person who says nah, I don't need that warranty. But I've purchased Assurian warranties for the last 3 or 4 years and have had fantastic experiences. Fast payment, fair process. Highly recommend! Worth the cost.

Unfortunately a product I bought as a gift for my mom stopped working after almost 2 years. I was happy to remember that I had bought that Asurion warranty. Making a claim, mailing back the item and receiving an electronic gift card for the product was simple.

I used this product because my electric blanket controller had gone out on one side. They were very efficient in processing my claim and I was paid as soon as I put my product in to be shipped back. I would highly recommend them

My item broke and the original manufacturer warranty would have required me to pay for return shipping costs and a restocking fee. Luckily I purchased the Asurion protection plan. I spoke to an Asurion agent who helped me file a claim and it was immediately approved and processed. It was so quick and easy. The Asurion protection plan cost was worth every penny. I’ve actually purchased their protection plan for other products I’ve bought on Amazon and every time I’ve had warranty issues with an original manufacturer policy, Asurion has come to the rescue. Their customer service has always been excellent. I am so thankful they exist.
