Item arrived on time in sealed packaging. Seller customer service was very nice and followed up to see if i had questions about the product.I don't know over time how well this performs but so far so good. My dog isn't personally obsessed with the flavor, she might take a few licks but won't lick it off her paws which is good.It smells fine, nothing too overwhelming for me or my dog.It can be hard to get it on my dogs feet since she's a very active young german shepherd...But we eventually get her to calm down haha. Overall pleased with the product and service.

I don’t post a lot of reviews but I had to post this one! My poor dogs paws were irritated from pesticide my complex put down. After a few calls and suggestions from the vet (which included a cone) I decided to do a little research and ended up discovering this balm from another reviewer. After 2 days of use, my dogs paws cleared up quite a bit and he’s walking more comfortably and his mood has improved quite a bit! I couldn’t be more thrilled with this balm. He does tend to lick at it but it’s natural so I’m not as worried when I catch him. I highly recommend this product. So far it’s working wonders.

We purchased 2 cans of the paw Balm, we have 2 Siberian Huskies and their paw pads were worse than course sandpaper.After using this product for ONE week their pads are are in perfect condition as they were as puppies.The small cracks and roughness are gone on both dogs.My female Husky does NOT like anything on her paws or pads, however this product is TOTALLY DIFFERENT, she does not mind it at all.What we did was let her first smell the balm, then proceded to massage the balm in her paw pads.We have tried 6 other products, not one of them worked like the paw balm.

This has been very helpful for keeping my puppy's feet safe during these heated months. It's easy to apply, just rubbing it onto the paws directly. My puppy licks at her paws so for this to stay on and soak in, I just use a very small amount and rub it into her paws until it is fully absorbed. Any little bit that she does lick off doesn't have any ill effects on her, though. Now, there are less dry spots on her paws and we can take longer walks on heated surfaces like the street or the sidewalk pavement without worrying about sores or burnt paws.

Really great product. Just started using this on my dogs’ paws and already seeing improvement. We live in TN so summers here are pretty hot so between the sidewalk and dry dirt, our dogs’ paw pads get pretty rough. One dog has a lot of allergies but we haven’t seen any reaction to this, and the other dog has seizures but hasn’t had one related to the product. It smells nice but not over powering, it is a little hard to get out of the container but my wife uses the back of her nail to scoop some out then rubs it on their paw pads and sometimes noses if they’re dry.

This does well to moisturize but my dog does not love when I put it on him. Our apartment is cold so it becomes hard in which I have to them scoop it out and spread it out myself. He tries to lick it off so I wish it didn’t have a sweet scent.

I have only applied it a couple of times but there is a noticeable improvement in our dog’s pads. It’s very easy to apply if you have a cooperating dog. At first Sammy did not like his pads being touched but he appears to be getting used to it. I thought he would lick it off but he has not. Additionally, I was concerned there would be grease marks or tracks when applied to his paws and where he walks afterwards but nothing noticeable. All around great product!

Purchased for my pup's nose which cracks a little when dried out. We have used on his nose, and feet with no issues. It smells nice, and is easy to apply to the pup. He does not seem to mind it. I did not taste this item nor am I willing too. My dog licks it but I would not judge his taste buds, I've seen some things he has licked, not recommended
