Lymphatic Yoga: Book I - "The Aquarium Within"

I have just finished 6 books on Lymphedema and by far the is the best book. The author put everything in term that are so easy to understand and explain to other people. Yes it is a book about yoga postures, but it explains Lymphedema better than anything I have read. I highly recommend this book to anyone with Lymphedema or anyone wanting to know more about the lymphatic system.

I looked at the yoga positions and they are not hard to do. I have a bad back also but these yoga positions are doable. And it makes much sense. This woman has really researched lymphedema. I'm happy with the book and all its knowledge that it brings to me. Anyone suffering from lymphedema should buy this book.

Interesting book, great topic, great information. I have lymphedema, so I am trying her yoga routine. Book says this is 1 of 3 books. It should have been ONE book. This is more like a pamphlet; not enough content to be a "book". The whole book is double spaced and uses the other types of tricks I used in high school to make my papers look longer than they really were. Looking forward to the other books, but will hesitate to pay this price two more times.

The illustrations and explanations are worth the price of the book! I highly recommend this book for anyone who is dealing with lymph edema.

This book is an excellent source of information on lymphedema and also your attitude towards it. The yoga to go with it will be most helpful when I am able to start it.

Extremely informative.

Phenomenal book! So informative. I reference it regularly to teach to cancer patients. It is a topic that I had known nothing about. WOW!

Not very well written

Dont waste your money in this book!!!!No research no experience just crying and crying over her own problems!!!No useful at all! A piece of recycled paper!!

The content (in terms of quantity) of this book doesn't justify the price, but at the same time I appreciated the quality of the information in the book because I needed to gain a better understanding of the lymphatic system and learn what I could do to help myself.I am disappointed that there are no guidelines for how many reps one must do for each exercise, although there are a few suggestions, there isn't one for each exercise.I posed this question on Edely's website and facebook page but have not received a reply as yet.I would appreciate any suggestions

This book suffers from nauseating repetition. The messages of the whole book could be related in a couple of pages. A great shame.
