It's delicious!
I'm actually a coffee drinker that has an occasional tea. I give workshops, so added the to my tea service. So many compliments from participants and I have to say I love it!

Lovely flavor

Nightmares
Gave me terrible nightmares! This tea really helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. But, valerian root can apparently cause bad dreams. I have the same problem with melatonin.

I drink this every night and it helps me to get sleepy. Keeps me from sitting on my phone all night like I often do if I go to bed before the sleepiness hits.

Unexpectedly nice
Hey, it’s not a mainstream flavor when it come to tea. Frankly, I bought it because I started humming Sonic Youth’s Bull in the Heather while reading the product’s copy.But I’ll be buying again.
