Beautiful cookbook. I started with the feta stuffed tomatoes because they were easy and moved on. All of it's delicious and I learned a lot about Greek spices and ingredients. Great find!

I love cookbooks, and this is a favorite. Greek cuisine is delicious and very healthy, and this cookbook affords you the opportunity to create restaurant quality meals at home. The recipes are within the skill level of most cooks-it is not intimidating. I believe the best feature is its beauty. It is photographed totally in color and it a real treat. I recommend this as an addition to your personal collection or as a gift for your favorite cook.
