I have been taking and trying supplements since i was 16. Now 56 I remember when Russian Bear products hit the market. Everything Vitol company makes is the very best quality. These multi vitamins are no exception. you will literally feel the difference from the others with them. I switched from long time animal pak use to these and never looked back. Thank you Vitol and thank you Val Vasilef for all of the quality in your supplements.

It is missing some of the key ingredients from the old formula like yohimbe. But this stuff still works great! Depending on how rigorous your workouts are you could use at half dosage and still see gains.

Has many different kinds of vitamins in it. Great for health

been using since 2014! Back when they gave workout plans in it. They went through a period where they stopped making it but its been back last few years. I liked when they put them in plastic bags to protect them from cracking. Store in a very very dry place. Keep the cotton in it and do not shake it because it will crack into powder. Do not leave the pills out in air they will turn into powder and it will taste horrible and is very hard to mix in other drinks without creating a bitter taste.

I have been using Vitol Russian Bear on and off for years. The only down side was, it is a little on the expensive side.
