Tiny Houses Architecture Kit

The Kit contains a mass of preprinted light card, a sheet of acetate and an instruction book. You will end up building a 1:24 scale (1/2 inch to the foot) architectural type model of the gable end tiny house furnished with interior cabinets and furnishing. You will also build the other two tiny houses and an extra trailer.This takes up 1/4 of the card, the rest is printed doors and windows, and patterns for cladding, roofing and shades of grey for your own projects.There are detailed instructions with photos for the first house, only words for the next two but I don't expect them to be too difficult after the first.The card seems very lightweight, I expect to be reinforcing the wheels, they don't look like they will hold the weight of the house sitting on them.It would have been nice to have an extra sheet of the pattern for the toilet, which looks the most complex component but it won't be hard to photocopy extras.It looks like it will be a fun project

Don’t fit

I was really excited to use this to design a THOW that we are actually planning on building, but this kit is limited to the photos on the cover.I wanted to figure out a plan for building on a 32' 3 axel trailer, but the cardboard images are only long enough to fit a 2 axel 24' trailer.Nothing is perforated... You have to cut all the intricate details out with an exacto knife (not included).

This product gave my daughter joy and something to do instead of just lounging around all day. I found that the instructions were very helpful. I would definitely buy this again!

This does not include a 240 page instruction book as listed. The box contains printed card stock sheets which would require carefully cutting out the patterns with a knife in order to use - and that would take hours and hours to do.
