if you have a complaint it's because you packed it wrong.
To begin with, if you're considering purchasing this it's probably because you've used one before; in that case, it's identical to the one you used before. Get it. The one that says OD green but displays as UCP does ship as ODIf you haven't used this before, there are two factors that will determine your enjoyment of this aid bag:1) If you pack it poorly you'll have poor results. The bag is designed in such a way that it's pretty easy to guess what's supposed to go in each spot, as in the outer pocket, and for the most part that should be followed, but there's enough flexibility to also allow the user to change things to their own preferences. Generally if you're going to need something for a life-saving intervention it will be time sensitive and those items should be placed behind the least number of zippers, but also secured, and the bag is easy to set up that way.2) how you use it. The bag's intended use isn't the same as an M9 bag or RATS pack and you won't be clearing buildings with it. You will have it at a CCP, can easily place it in your aid and litter truck while using the m9 or other bag for immediate response to something, and can pack 99% of what you'll need to conduct sick call in the field in the absence of a role 1. When mine is fully stocked it weighs around 43 pounds, and based on the rucks I've done with it I can say it does not sit well on the back. It's giant and awkward and it's impossible to keep a low sillouhette with this bag. If you try to use this to do high-speed stuff, you will likely injure yourself. That being said, I like the bag enough and dislike the m9 enough that I'd often use this for those things anyway in training, I would not do that in a real-life situation. That being said, if you use it correctly you will love it. The material is extremely durable, it's gone through monsoon season in Korea outdoors every day with none of the supplies inside getting wet. When fully stocked it has a very square shape which makes packing it extremely easy. The layout inside the bag is very intuitive but not restricting if you dislike it, and is designed in such a way that you can easily find and retrieve anything inside with a quickness.

Quality bag
There is a lot that you can do with this bag. It's well made and has all of the organizational requirements that you need.

Excellent
This pack is everything the description says it should be.Designed for special operators, who have to be self-sustaining in a mobile, often hostile environment.I was a UDT/SEAL, active 1980 - 1989. I'm rotating in new gear for my kit, and am very happy I found this. The quality is superb, the functionality, extremely well thought out and implemented. It is large, durable, light. The material and fasteners are extreme duty.Enough pockets, retainers and space for a small field hospital. (Aside from long splints, I can't think of a single field medical item that wouldn't fit in here.)If you want to or need to go heavy, this will take whatever you throw at it.I've never seen anything better - wish we'd had these when I was serving.Hope this helps - pick one up. I did.

Great bag
I am very impressed with the quality of this bag. It just feels and carries solid.I keep finding new pockets and compartments that I didn't notice before which is both good and bad as I will most likely forget where I put stuff until I use it several times. This makes a great trauma/medical bag but I am still on the fence with it being suitable as a BOB/GHB. There aren't any large compartments that would easily fit normal BOB gear bigger then 5". At some point I will transfer all my BOB gear over and see how it fits then update this post.

Great bag but where's the water?
This is a really well built bag. Only four stars because the ad is misleading if you want a hydration system. It does not include the advertised hydration system nor does it appear to have any pouches designed for the hydration system. And there is no info on the blackhawk website that shows where the pouches or hydration system are supposed to go. I suspect there is no practical hydration system for this bag and they just mixed up the ads for two entirely different bags.

Chinese knock off not the genuine brand
This isnt a Blackhawk Stomp 2 it’s a Chinese knock off. I gave it a 3 because it appears to be a very good copy but make no mistake it’s a knock off. I’m going to keep and use it because it will fit my needs I just don’t like being scammed with a fake product brand. Ymmv. This shipper is in China

Great Bag
Great bag for a army medic, holds everything you need it to. very high quality and cant beat it at this price. the inside is well organized and very customization to your taste. i have it set up with the first panel as trauma and the rear panel as "extra stuff", or stuff for the later part of an assessment. but overall they issue us these so that's a testament to the faith put in these bags. i just bought my own cause i liked it that much and didn't want to end up paying the army price for something, some of you will know what i mean.

Good size pack for most things
Overall I'd recommend this pack to medics who need more space than the Tasmanian Tiger pack currently on issue. it holds just a bit more to make your life easier.if I have one criticism, it's the lack of MOLLE loops on the outer for attaching small pouches, such as a drop pouch which makes a great fold-out rubbish bag. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.
