I haven't used the fingerprint security but everything that I have used I am very pleased with.For the price I have paid I think the phone is a bargain .I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good phone at a great price .

I like this phone alot, I did have problems with it and 2 amazement I got another phone which is working fine at the moment. The customer service skills of the staff has been great I have no complaints what so ever, anytime I had a problem I didn't have 2 wait 24hrs for a reply.

Overall a very good phone for the money. it's a bit slow sometimes and the fingerprint reader is not very good. Otherwise it does all that my old Motorola did with a much better battery life. It seems to pick up cellphone signal better as well.

Phone was better than expected considering the price, came with a screen saver and protection cover which was unexpected, ordered late Monday it arrived Tuesday morning packaged superbly!

This is a easy to use, slim, lightweight phone. Dual SIM is useful although the second d slot is for a nano SIM, so I had to send for a new one. The battery is useless. I unplugged this morning at 7am and by 2.30pm the battery was down to 9%. I had not made a single call, sent any texts and had posted one photo on social media. I don't 'game's and spent 4 hours at my grandson's birthday party. So you can see the battery is simply not fit for purpose. If you are happy to charge your phone twice a day, fine. If not steer well clear of this one.

This phone is even better than i expected,it does every thing i require and at good speed.Not only can i take very good pictures,surf the net,and make calls,i use this phone when i am Geocaching and yes the gps and mapping are spot on.Can't believe it came at such a good price.

Worst phone we have bought..simply does not function..we are now replacing with a different brand.. unfortunately we are just outside Amazon return period..safe you money.

I bought a Ulefone S9 for my wife when her Moto G4 went crazy and we got a refund as it was under a year old. She has been very pleased with the S9 so when my MotoG5 died (2 years old) I needed a replacement quickly and I was fed up paying out for so called premium brands. So I did not hesitate to buy a Ulefone as I am not a phone snob and it is simply a necessary tool for me. The S10 works perfectly for me and as I am used to Android phones it was easy to load my Google held back up of contacts, photos etc.I like the face recognition to unlock it, very easy and convenient and now I have it set to all my preferences it is virtually transparent in use to my previous phone. Quite frankly for the money this is excellent value and if even if I get two years out of it, like the Moto, I will be satisfied and up on the deal. It is a lot of phone for the money.
