The cone holder doesnt have enough air flow to allow the cone to fully burn. It goes out half way down the cone untill enough ashes build up so it gets more air the closer it gets to the top.Not very long base.

Great look, but too short for most of incenses sticks. Therefore, useless.

I bought 2 of these. They are fantastic additions to my altar for Yinepu/Anubis and my ancestor/beloved dead altar. They are very attractive and delightfully functional. They service both stick incense and cone incense and I really appreciate that since I use both. The only slight, but not really, issue I can possibly think of is the stick incense does not hand directly over the length of the holder and so some ash gets on the altar cloths but it just helps remind me to wash my altar cloths more regularly so even less of an issue now that I think about it more. :)

This is amazing the box it came in was so nice even if it was just cardboard. By accident I broke mine but it came in a very sturdy packing this would be an amazing gift for someone into this stuff.P.s My camera is poop but you can tell it is awesome

I have received this item and it looks exactly as it does in the picture. It is solidly made, has good detail and Anubis sits reposed at one end just like in the picture. However, the entire piece is basically the same gold-ish color and the picture sort of makes it look like the rest is black, with the base edges more gold. Still, the piece is beautiful and I am happy with the purchase. I did not like finding the "Made in China" tag on the bottom next to the company sticker, so I peeled it off. Still, not a dealbreaker!

This incense holder is heavy and seems well made. Mine is a bit different from the picture: the cone tray is black and the grey/black portion that the Anubis is laying on has a light coating of gold color on it. I really love how it looks.I only burn incense sticks, and I do find myself breaking off about half of the wooden ends to get it to not go over the end, but perhaps it is the sticks I am buying. Not a deal breaker for how good it looks.
