I have rheumatoid arthritis and back pain quite frequently. These pads work well. I am able to be pain free temporarily.

My lower back pain is so bad, but these wraps do help. Keeping one on all day is probably the reason. You can't stay in a hot shower for long, nor fasten a heat pad to your back. This fills the bill. Oh, billing? A little expensive, but once a week, or even twice a month, this gives some relief. Get the larger size to be sure the Velcro band will close around you. Once on, they are comfy. They make a neck version now that I also like. Follow all instructions, of course. I think this is a good recourse to eating pain pills.

Easy to use great to ease pain

Worked like a charm to ease my muscle pain in my neck.

This is a an easy to use product and amazingly "heats" up after package is opened. It provide a steady long lasting and comforting heat wrap for quite a long time. The reason I did not give it five stars is due to what I feel is overpricing. To use these on a regular basis is cost prohibitive for me. I find using a sturdy canvas rice filled heat wrap, which is microwaved to warm it up, is much better since it can be used over and over. Those are also sold on amazon.The Thermacare ones I'm reviewing would be good for me if traveling and would be disposable.
