for the first time pairing, The controller did not pair with my Switch when I followed the instructions that came with the controller, I have to do some research on the internet and finally found that that I need to go to Pairing New Controllers, instead of going to Change Grip/Orders. For wake up and reconnect, the "home" and "screen capture" button must be press at the same time to reconnect, instead of just pressing the "home" key as instructed in owner operation instruction. I don't understand why the instruction from the manufacturer does not work, but it looks like a stupid mistake to me.Anyway, it is working fine now, very responsive, but not as comfortable as the Nintendo Switch Pro controller, it is a little bit heavy for my 8- yrs old and the shape of the grip did not fit his palm very well. After a few hours game time, it gave us about 30-40% battery left. I am pretty satisfied with its overall performance, a not bad substitute for the expensive joy-con or pro controller when playing on the big screen.

The controller looks great and it feels okay. but I have problems with input lag and input inconsistency sometimes I would push a button and it would just act like I hadn't pushed that button. also with this being a custom controller I don't know why they couldn't make the turbo function easier to use and understand like just a few extra buttons and make it easier to use but they have you do this weird like combo button press that doesn't work so great and it's very hard to tell whether it worked at all overall it's an okay controller but you're going to be at a disadvantage playing against other players especially if they have their actual name brand controllers.

I have two other pro controller knock offs that are fine but this one is significantly better. I'll update if anything changes. I also like how it charges with USBc. Since so much of my stuff charges that way, it's handy.

LOVE this controller! I hesitated for weeks on buying it because of some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I did. We have the original procontrollers for the Switch, and have problems with constant unpairing, a drift up and more recently a drift toward the left too, making game play very difficult. We contacted Nintendo and are on a wait list to be contacted (and I don't know if they will even replace the controllers, since the drifting is a known problem, because it's been a month and we still have not received any response).THIS controller:1. Is sturdy and well made, very high quality2. Is very responsive, no lag at all.3. Is easy to set up (my nine year old did it in less than two minutes)4. Has a looooong batter life, much longer than stated. We recharge the switch about three times a day. We recharge the controller once every three days.5. Has the option to change the vibration strength, and also has a turbo boost option (but I haven't tried the turbo boost yet).I will update if anything changes, but as of now, we really love it and I'm glad I took the plunge and bought it.

I have had this for 12 days. It is Covid 19 lockdown so my 4 year old son has been playing switch non stop for most of that time since he is home while school is closed. Admittedly, he is four. However, he doesn't mistreat the controller, quite the opposite; he loves this thing because the nintendo is his new favorite toy. I get home from work today and he is complaining that the left joystick does not work (it wont go "up"). I have tried to remedy this but I cannot. Seems just like it won't go up as he says. The D-pad will work for "up" but who wants to use a D-pad in 2020?Good value purchase at half the price of a nintendo pro controller but I have owned my pro controller since the switch released (3+ years ago). It still works like a dream. I was about to write a rave review of this item, but based on it basically not working inside two weeks - I cannot do that in good conscience.Bottom Line: Might work as a secondary controller but don't expect a lot of durability and it might stop working sooner than you would expect (even for off brand).

i was already expecting to be satisfied because i have purchased Beboncool products in the past...but wow...this is actually better than the branded pro controller! has a nice weight to it, doesnt feel cheap at all. very comfortable to use and easy to set up and it came with it's own usb-c cable. my only question is, when does the battery die? ive been using this thing for at least six solid hours and it shows no signs of needing charged.
