Kinked, but boiling water cures that.
As other reviewers said, this arrived with serious, seemingly permanent kinks in several places due to careless storage which caused constrictions in the flow. However, I found that in boiling water the whole thing becomes floppy and you can re-form the tube without the kinks. Shame you have to, but it's cheap, so who's complaining if there's a workaround?
