Fantastic
Product is fantastic, when It arrived I put cold water in it and left it near the window for a few hours to see if the water would stay cool which I was amazed when it actually did.You are giving specialised sponses the clean the inside of the bottle which is extremely helpful especially if you use different drinks within the product.For the quality I would 100% say this product is value for money and I adore the pattern.

A cool drink
I love the look of this however the bottle seems to warm up very quickly after removing from the fridge. The size is useful.

Loved the shape and design keeps drinks hot all day , haven’t yet used for cold drinks. Very satisfied will definitely purchase again .

Completely ineffective
After less than a month's use this bottle has stopped working and fails to keep liquids either hot or cold. Very disappointing.

Great design, looks really lovely. Boughtfor a gift so no idea how easy it is to clean although it does come with a handy cleaning stick-sponge

unlucky in life
the product visually was lovely , and just my luck i got one that was faulty . The cap just kept on screwing and so had to return it , but really wanted it for next day so had to go and buy a new one from the shop . Doesnt look as nice , but at least it woks perfect .
