Excellent plants
My plants arrived in good condition and after a little paddle in some water were even better. I looked at some other reviews and can only conclude that those who thought plants were dead had not received bare root plants before. It can be surprising to get bare root plants but a bit of water usually works miracles and in this case I was lucky that we had an unexpected Spring warm sunny spell so my plants had a paddle and AND a sunbathe. Very pleased.

Growing great for my first time trying to grow strawberries
EDIT: 30 may, I retook some photos and as you can see they are growing so well there are flower buds already, guessing I’ll be having strawberries this year :)I tried to grow my own strawberries from seeds but that came out as a bust so I decided to buy some already with roots, as you can see from the image they are growing great, them also being cut from a already grown strawberry plant makes it that much better.Bought these on the 6th may and received them on the 10th which I planted straight away and noticed I received 13 even though I bought the 10 (pack) which is really nice , last night 14th I cut off the dead parts as new green leaves started popping up and today 15th I took the picture that I attached, from last night to today they already seem way bigger so I’m really happy with my purchase. For sure going to be buying more from this seller when I get my greenhouse up :)

Don’t be put off by bare rooted plants
The roots were clean and healthy but I did have difficulty getting them out of the packaging and two were ruined. However the rest once potted up did remarkable well and are now in the ground doing much better than the potted up strawberry plants I got from a local garden centre .

Poor plants and terrible customer service
Bought 3 different varieties from these people last September. Followed the rehydration and planting instructions to the letter. I had expected them to spark into life in the last month or so. Checked them a couple of days ago, just fit fot the compost heap.Asked the seller for their thoughts and was told that they were not prepared to help.Very disappointed.

Just brilliant
I've actually ordered these twice now. My main advice is to follow the instructions. The second order was because my parents wanted some. These plants were the only variety to make it through the frost this year (and no, I didn't cover them). My dad asked for some as he was also very envious of how big and juicy the strawberries are plus how hardy they are. They've become big, healthy strawberry patches in the last 2 years.I planted my second batch just before yet another frost, expecting a likelihood they wouldn't make it due to user error. Much to my surprise, all 25 are flourishing (I ordered 20 but there were a few extras, thank you). They may not look like much and don't always come with leaves, but dip the roots in water and plant them and the new green leaves will sprout. They're just brilliant. They don't like to be transplanted and can look like they're dying at this point but they generally seem to revive themselves after the old leaves die, new ones sprout, if you wait for them. Be patient and they come through. I did lose a couple in my first batch when transplanting so plant them with plenty of space and with the end game in sight to avoid this. The variety of strawberry are lush, just like ones you get in supermarkets and I'm very grateful they bear fruit twice. Worth the investment.
