Love it!
This is the second one of these we have purchased. The first one broke when being pulled out the string snapped and whirled inside, never to come out again. Now we use that one as a regular key chain and use the new one for my husbands work badge.

Careful with retracting
I loved this thing the first time I bought it but I quickly realized its problem. If the string gets retracted to quickly, it will knot up and won't retract. I tried for hours to try and untie it but the string was so thin it was impossible. I ended up ordering another one. A week later it did the same thing. I had to order a third one. Now I'm very careful not to just let go of my ID badge and let it retract on its own. I like the thing but that retract problem is annoying.
