I do no often leave reviews, but we tried the Tc spice from Spiceology after seeing it in a restaurant and it is truly an excellent spice. I dust it on just about everything.

Excellent product
Great product. Easy thai curry paste: put ginger, garlic, shallots in air fryer x 15 min. Then blend with 2 tablespoons of this curry powder, tsp of tumeric, stick of lemongrass, salt, vinegar, little sugar, fish sauce and oil… and bang you have fresh thai curry paste. At least a solid base .. that can be modified.

Lots Of Great Flavor, and Color.
I make many soups, and I mostly use fresh additives...This mixture allows me to get some Hot, some Red, and skipping going to the store for fresh Onion and Garlic when I'm in a pinch!!! PS: I Use It Almost Everyday.😆😆 😆

Great rub for steak
Great rub for steak. I sous vide cuts then sear them. This rub has a little heat, but it is SO FLAVOURFUL!

Flavortastic!
Our family is a red curry fan! I wanted a flavorful dry mix with a longer shelf life then red curry paste. Spiceology has chosen an amazing spice blend, not too hot, just incredible flavor. This large 16 oz. Container lasts about 4 months in our house. I highly recommend this tasty stuff. Happy curries!

A lackluster curry.
A basic curry, very monochromatic in flavor, lacking diversity in its flavor profile.I can identify the spices used very easily, these being spices that I have (I could put something like this together easily).Missing all together the complexities that most curry powders are known for.Meh.

Déçu par la saveur
Je pensais retrouver la saveur de la pâte au cari rouge de la marque Thai Kitchen, mais ce n'est pas le cas. En ce sens, je suis déçu de mon achat. Par contre, il me faudra faire d'autres expérimentations culinaires pour être en mesure d'évaluer adéquatement ce produit.ATTENTION : L'odeur que se dégage du contenant est très forte. Tout comme pour le cari jaune, j'ai dû entreposer le produit à l'intérieur d'un contenant hermétique afin d'éviter que tout le contenu du garde manger absorbe l'odeur.

Better than yellow curry powder but why so expensive?
Made myself some good chickpeas stew so far and good to improve rice taste and ramen noodles with it but the price of it is so high that I don't see myself buying more than once a year... Too bad.
