Good protein to calorie content. These have sugar alcohol which could bother some people. I break one bar in half and eat the two halves a few hours apart which prevents issues. These taste great and have a smooth texture-not gritty, no aftertaste. The is a good bar - highly recommend.

I was turned on to Quest from posts I heard about them from a body building friend of mine. Since first try, I've been ordering about 2 boxes per month, and even got an affiliate link that I send to my friends.I travel a lot, so like to keep a few with me as an alternative to grabbing a much less healthy snack on the go. I also find them a good late night snack alternative.I do like most of the flavors, chocolate does taste like a tootsie roll. The Cookie Dough is overly sweet however. Banana Nut bread and Coconut are very tastyThe only downside is the product is not always consistent. As you see other reviews below, sometimes they can be a little hard, or a little too salty. Sometimes there are large bits of fruit in the berry or banana nut, and sometimes not. When I get the boxes, it seems they are hand packed, hand taped, and it makes me wonder if this comes from a couple of ladies working from their home kitchen.However, there is something charming about the inconsistency. It gives them a homemade sense to it - and like my own cooking, things aren't always perfect. Perhaps some larger company will buy them out someday and improve on the processes.I sure hope not - because who knows what that might do to the product.I also occasionally get the peanut butter cups. They have a crazy artificial sweetness, but I still get hooked on them.

I really like Quest Protein Bars! They are a great snack option with high protein and low sugar, making them perfect for keeping me full and energized. The texture is a bit chewy, but the flavors are delicious. Unlike many other protein bars, they don’t have an artificial aftertaste, and they feel more like a treat. If you’re looking for a tasty and nutritious protein bar, Quest is definitely worth trying!

I have been a consumer of the various Quest Protein Bars for the last year, and this is my second favorite one (after the Peanut Butter Supreme). This bar is in a class on its own in terms of the balance of sweetness, chewiness, and flavor. First and foremost, this bar is not overtly sweet; it does not taste like eating a candy bar. Secondly, it does not leave any sort of artificial "after-flavor" in your mouth after eating it. This bar is a bit chewy, but a) it does not stick in your teeth and b) it does not require an unreasonable or absurd amount of chewing like some other bars. As for the flavor, it tastes like the description - a nice chocolate brownie.All around, this is one of the best protein bars I have ever eaten. It may not have 30 or 40g of protein like some of the other bars out there, but it is also not loaded with sugar, sugar alcohols, or other crap ingredients.The only thing I have noticed with these bars is a slight inconsistency in the integrity of the bars when I receive them. Due to the fact that Amazon does not always have them in their warehouse, I often times wind up ordering them from a number of different marketplace vendors. I have noticed that, occasionally, some of the shipments appear to have been stored in a hot warehouse and / or slightly melted whereas other deliveries show no such issues. Not a big issue, really, but I wish Amazon would stock these on a regular basis.

When it comes to Quest bars, the flavors can be hit or miss, and unfortunately, this one is a miss for me. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the macros are unbeatable. With 15g of fiber, 20g of protein, and just 170 calories, it’s hard to find a protein bar that packs this much punch.However, like most Quest products, you’ll want to keep an eye on the sodium. At 250mg, it technically falls into the “high sodium” category since it exceeds the calorie count.Would I recommend it? Honestly, no—not for the flavor. But if you’re after the most efficient, macro-packed snack on the market, then yeah, go for it.
