Doesn't fit!
Let's do the math:4 1/8 inch tall envelope, 11 in piece of paper. Folded in thirds works, theoretically. However... the placement of the insurance address in the window leaves ZERO room for error. I've done medical billing for 31 years and I've never had this issue with any other claims envelope. The envelopes I have ordered prior and others advertised are 4 1/2 inches tall.I am returning these and have learned a lesson - 4 1/2 or NO GO!

Poor quality...size is too small!
The box arrived completely soft and torn, as if possibly it went thru a car wash before arriving. So, now I have to store 500 loose envelopes. As far as the actual envelopes: they are made of poor quality (think think) paper and are under-sized so that you are forced to "creatively" fold the HCFA to actually fit inside. I don't know about you, but I wasn't looking for a new job with this purchase!
