Every One Was Damaged
Not one of these treats was intact. They were all basically smashed. Very disappointed, not even really edible. I would like a refund.

product inside the box is totally smashed and melt.
The product is melted and smashed, and it's not usable. Not sure why I cannot report a defect on the product.

Major Disappointment
I had been wanting to try these for a long time and finally ordered some for myself. These were absolutely gross looking when they arrived and a major disappointment all around. I have no gripes against the seller by the way. They had plenty of time before the expiration date, but the wafer on the bottom of the chocolate tasted stale.Furthermore, over half of the chocolate marshmallows arrived broken with marshmallow cream smeared around the package. Based on reviews previously left by other purchasers of this product, I don't think this product does well in the mail. Finally, the chocolate and marshmallow taste itself was not bad, but I have tasted much better chocolate-covered marshmallow before. So, I will definitely not be ordering these again.

Not for me
Each item was very stale tasting. The box was crushed both times that I ordered this item.

Great rare product, great taste, arrived on time, needs more study on shipping techniques.
Very tasty sweet, a memory from my long ago past, as a youngster, GI Brat in Germany. (name given for any one, who is the child of a military parent) Despite the very racist, vulgar sounding nickname most everyone, including black schoolmate friends called them, in those days also. Unfortunately, I am sure the nick name was derived at some earlier time by the mis interpretation, or approximation of a European word that was the real name for this pastry in those days. "Negros Tetes".As tasty as this pastry treat is, it does not ship well and about one half of mine were smashed, as had happened once before when I ordered them from a New Jersey based European foodstuff importer. We have a German Bakery/Deli here in North Metro Atlanta that occasionally has them, and they are usually fresh and undamaged there.I sort of thought since Amazon owns Whole Foods now, that they also had a U.S based bakery as a source of the Topkuss treats. Try one, if you get the chance! Once before when I ordered them from an importer. They came in a styrofoam two inch thick, padded cooler with what I think was dry ice. Almost like shipping fresh eggs via USPS!

Product arrived Destroyed!
The box was open at both ends and looked as if 2 or 3 pieces were taken out before the rest of the box was smashed. I was very disappointed to pay for something only to throw it away.
