Amazing- coming from a professional stylist!
Wow, I always go in with high hopes and little expectations with any new product I try but I am completely blown away! I will preface by saying you will need to provide your own peroxide/developer (I went in with wella 1.9% pastel). I always weigh out my product per to manufactures instructions as I always find this gives the best results and I am thoroughly impressed. My hair has had a lot of colours on it, I had it bleached about a few months ago with purple roots into red, then had an intense red (a level 6)over top and a few months later a semi dark chocolate brown (a level 5) on top (all salon professional products) so safe to say there was a lot going on over there. Only had to use one set of sachets as they make quite a large quantity, waited 20 mins. Double washed and to my surprise it’s lifted it, all be it very orange which was to be expected from staining but it is around a level 8 now. My hair feels in perfect condition I’m over the moon. Tried a lot of different colour removers and this is by far one of the most efficient I’ve found. Also the smell of the product is extremely mild which is a nice change for removers. Have a colour correction coming up and will 100% be using this to my aid.

It's not what you think
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I used this product after already using a color remover that didn't take too well, back story I've been using box black for 5 years.....but I have done this process before so am not a Newby, thinking this looks salon standard it would work better than the egg smell stuff. I have just below shoulder length hair and I did need the whole box, I put it on with proper brush and also saturated the darker parts....it did nothing but poison my air ways, so patchy not what I expected. What a waste of time. I know what it's like trying to get rid of box dye...should have learned my lesson years ago but it is convenient, all I can say is done bother DEFO GIVE IT A MISS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Good kuck

Recommended for removing black box dye!
This is the third colour remover I’ve tried in my quest to get rid of my black box dye. I had already tried colour undo which only removed colour from the top inch of my roots (this confused me because I have only ever coloured my roots so there shouldn’t have been much overlap) I then tried the jobaz brand which did nothing at all. I tried did the first round of this a couple of days ago and it did slightly lighten the mid lengths and ends of my hair and my hair still felt very healthy so I’ve done another round of this tonight and the mid lengths and ends are a lot lighter! I did wrap my head in cling film and a towel this time round so I would definitely recommend doing that as it seems to have made a significant difference. I am going to do a third round the next time I was my hair as I don’t feel it’s had any negative effect on the health of my hair. Another noteful thing about this is that it is less faffy and time consuming than the other colour removers I’ve tried as there’s no need for the prolonged rinsing and buffering. It also doesn’t have any of the eggy smells that the other ones do. The one downside is that you do need 6 or 10 vol developer to use this so if you don’t have that lying around it is an extra expense. Definitely better than spending money on a product that doesn’t actually do anything tho! Very happy with the results. Thank you

Best colour stripper i’ve used
I was bright copper although i loved it the upkeep was to much having to brighten it every wk not for me. I decided to strip it out back to my more natural highlighted hair. was nervous as it defo is like a bleach bath but better as has conditioning effects in it. But my hair has been tortured so had to be careful condition wise didn’t want it falling out. I have mega thick hair thinking 1 box would be enough it wasn’t as you can only leave on for 20mins even tho i did leave it 30 i feel i took it off too soon it was a very pale peach 🍑 if i’d had another box i would have used that. To tone it i just put i really ashy blonde on it has grabbed which is fine as i know when i wash it a few times it will lighten. It’s just what i wanted and the condition of my hair is perfect plus there was no faffin about washing & rinsing for 10mins etc, just apply it then wash off when ready 💯 for me who is always chopping & changing hair colour 😊

Best ever colour remover/stripper
Best colour remover by far! I had wella 5/77 chocolate, brunette, long hair, but had about 2 inches of previous blonde on ends underneath. Wella has strong colour pigments that stick like glue, but this product took out every inch of dark colour out & lightened my hair to a level 8/7 after 1st process. I applied olaplex & waited 3 days then applied another coat on mids & ends where it was an orangy colour. I did use the whole box but i have long hair so pleased i got x2 applications & i generously coated twice!. Iam left with very light pale yellow, which has exceeded my expectations. Between the bond enforcer in pfoduct & olaplex 4 in one i applied after,my hair still in good condition but i plan to trim the ends slightly anyway..i originally planned to go dark gingery coppey but now perplexed because i could easily tone to a level 9 blonde! Iam no good with choices lol..i bought igora royal 3 % developer as recommended to use with the product. I will buy again to keep in stock, because this stuff is incredibly good..

Avoid! Bleach bath not colour remover
I don’t normally leave Amazon reviews but this has wrecked my hair. I have highlighted hair which is naturally brown. I had decided to put Glaze colour drops on it and wanted to get the colour out quickly. I had used a colour remover before and thought this would be similar. It came with lots of sachets and I had to mix them all (an and b) to get enough to cover my long hair. Unfortunately I didn’t have the peroxide to mix with the product however, reading reviews I was told not to use peroxide. I’m pleased I didn’t as the condition would’ve been worse. This is basically bleach bath, the strong smell evidently should’ve sent alarm bells. I applied the thick mixture to my dry hair but alarmingly even my blonde highlights started to turn orange. I washed it off and have been left with damaged and orange hair. I should’ve gone to a hairdresser and it’s a lesson learnt !

More of a bleach.
So this product did the job of lifting my dark hair, however it's very misleading. It states it's just a color remover, but this product is basically bleach, gave me all the symptoms of a bleach, i.e sore itchy scalp after, damaged hair and the color left is very much like you would expect from a bleach process.

Really good product but take care on damaged hair
I had some banding and stubborn colour build up on my ends and wanted to lighten it to better match my roots, so decided to give this a go as I love schwarzkopf products and didn't want my hair stinking like certain other removers. This isn't the same as those and so I'd be very careful using it on compromised hair. My hair was is terrible condition before hand, breaking off from near the root but I hadn't dyed it in months to give it a break, and while I don't feel this caused any further damage it was extremely drying and could definitely contribute to more breakage due to the fact. Do not skip your leave in conditioner afterwards! It lightened my hair by a couple of levels and wasn't brassy or anything, and handy having multiple uses in the pack. Will definitely use this again if needed.

GENTLE , but highly effective color correction
UPDATE: My second purchase, still in awe of how well this will take off semi-permanent colors for being a chemical treatment to remove and little to no damage!! I applied it the same way as previously used and I am sold and swear by this stuff!! I’m now a big fan of Schwarzkopf and need to bleach again so I’ll be buying that also soon. This is by far the best color remover I’ve tried. Because Schwarzkopf had additives to protect and restore bonds this helped the process with minimal damage if any. I’ve bleached my hair multiple times and was already damaged when I applied this and my hair felt the same after the processing. I had used semipermanent direct dyes and have been a deep indigo (deep blue/purple) for the last year and half and wanted to change colors finally. I was beginning to fade and was a lavender/blue when I applied this and it took me back blond. Since my hair is naturally dark brown and ombré in the back to blond I DID have a minimal mint like green at my transition between dark and light hair. When I say minimal I mean very minimal. I used 3 packs out of 5 with a 10 developer from Sally’s. My daughter had hot pink hair and it was fading in some areas but still had highly pigmented strands, she was so impressed with results removing blue we used the remaining two packs on her hair to remove the hot pink and it brought her back to golden blond as well. You can literally see the direct dye disappear as you’re applying this stuff and it recommends not leaving on hair more than 20 minutes so you will need to keep that in mind when you begin applying product. I am going to purchase this again for sure and I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to remove direct dye. I decided to get this because of all the hours of YouTube videos of color remover reviews I saw. I was researching because I was scared of another chemical process and more damage to my already damaged curls. This truely lived up to its raving reviews.
