It's okay

Great book if you are looking for a one stop shop on textiles technology. The book is very word heavy, with a relatively small number of images for the page number, and it's a bit daunting at first as it is very thick, but it is very well organised into 31 chapters with clear sub headings in each chapter and short, manageable easy to read chunks of information under each heading. The contents list at the beginning includes each sub heading making information easy to find. Although designed for degree level students it is a good reference book for D&T A level textiles teachers who want to top up their knowledge. It is less suitable for A level students because it is so word heavy. A great addition to my textiles collection.
