All around perfect
The hitch arrived on time with minor superficial damage to the cardboard box. All hardware was securely attached to the hitch so it couldn't fall out of the box, if the box had been damaged more. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with four guide wires as opposed to just having one that you would have had to reuse for all four bolts. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. Installation took less than forty-five minutes. The hitch is very sturdy and well made. Overall, this was a perfect purchase for my 2020 F-150 and the price was unbeatable.

A Strong Hitch for the price
The hitch is great, realistically it will take about an hour. Be sure to remove your spare tire to make room for fish lining the bolts and plates into place. Patience is needed for that step! If you don't have a hitch lift jack, you'll need another person to help guide and lift it into place. Also torqued bolt nuts to approx 90-100lb.

Priced right
2020 f150 Hitch fit no problems. instructions were easy to follow and took an hour to install. Tip - install the back bolts first and pivot the hitch up in the front. Installed by myself.

Easy install
I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t towed with it yet. I installed it on my 2018 F150 today, it took about an hour to do it by myself. This was my first time installing a receiver. If you have the right tools and are mechanically inclined install is a breeze.

No mounting hardware
Hitch seems to be solid, but did not come with the required mounting hardware. I have called the hitch company, but just get voice-mail, and no return call. Looks like I'll be returning this one, and buying one local.

Install is a little rough for just one person but not impossible.

Excellent hitch for the money!
Hitch is well built and heavy duty. I highly encourage a second person for the install as I did it alone and it was rough at times. The Spring bolt pulls through the frame work well! Draw Tite gets my thumbs up

Very much worth it
This product exceeded my expectations greatly. It was a bear to install but worth it in the end. It fits perfect with spare tire, lines up very well and doesn’t stick out or look out of place and just overall looks OEM and factory.
